NAPLES, FLORIDA · DESIGN-BUILD STUDIO

A small studio designing and building custom pools, hardscape, and outdoor environments along the Gulf Coast. Each project is drawn and built by the same hands.

DESIGN

Every project begins on paper. Site studies, hand sketches, and material selection drawn against the architecture of the home.

BUILD

From excavation to final stone, the team that drew the project is the same team that builds it. No project managers between you and the work.

LIVE

Pools, gardens, loggias, and outdoor rooms made to be lived in for decades. Materials chosen to age, not to date.

A studio for outdoor architecture

Mariner & Stone was founded on the belief that a pool is not an amenity. It is an architectural element of the home. Every project begins with the site, the architecture, and the way a family lives within both. The result is outdoor space that feels inevitable, not added.

Drawn, laid, lived in

Six to eight projects each year, no more. Vanishing-edge pools, perimeter-overflow water features, limestone terraces, dry-laid stone walls, loggias, and the considered details that make an outdoor space feel like a room rather than a yard.

A POOL IS NOT AN AMENITY

It is an architectural element of the home, drawn against the site, the architecture, and the way the family lives within both. We design pools the way an architect designs a room.
